Wood finisher / Spray painter

We are looking for a professional and experienced spray finisher / wood finisher to join our small team to work within our spray shop.

As a company, we offer a high quality wood finishing / spray finishing service to our trade customers who are all bespoke furniture makers. With an increase in demand for our services, we are expanding and therefore require the right individuals to join our company.

~ Must haves ~ You must have experience working within the finishing industry and be able to demonstrate consistency and a “can do” attitude for our customers. Have had experience in spraying polyurethane paints both spraying stain, clear and tinted lacquers and colours both using gravity fed and pump. Must be able to drive and be punctual.

~ Pay ~ Experience and knowledge will dictate the salary but, we do offer competitive industry relative wages. We also offer bonuses if the individual is able to bring in new businesses.

~ Hours ~ After the initial trial period where the individual will be given the chance to demonstrate skill and ability, this is a full time position with a 6 month probationary period.
