I’m renting out a room in my semidetached 3 bedroom house.

the house is furnished and has a small

garden. I’m the only one living in the house (the owner) and there is space to park a car on the road outside. If necessary even on the driveway.
the house is located close to the Reading university campus.

ideally I’m looking for a short medium rent term staring from October/November time.
